About this website

This website presents Al Bayan Charity’s humanitarian purposes and campaigns. We aim to keep information accurate and correct errors when identified. Program availability and delivery conditions can change.

Contributions

A contribution is a voluntary gift for the charitable purpose described in the selected campaign. It is not a purchase of goods, an investment, or a promise of a personal financial return. Review the amount, currency, frequency, and campaign before confirming payment. Any available recurring option must be explicitly selected.

Use of funds

Campaign contributions support the stated purpose and associated delivery costs. These may include procurement, transport, distribution, processing, and administration. We do not promise a fixed quantity of aid for a suggested amount or that 100% of a contribution reaches beneficiaries directly.

If a stated purpose cannot be carried out, contact us about the contribution and available options. Any material change to a restricted gift must be handled consistently with the donor’s restriction and applicable law.

Tax status

Al Bayan Charity does not currently hold recognition of tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3). Contributions are not represented as tax-deductible. A payment receipt does not establish eligibility for a tax deduction.

Refund requests

For a duplicate, mistaken, or unauthorized contribution, email info@albayancharity.com promptly. Include the contribution date, amount, and receipt reference, but not full card details. Requests are reviewed according to the circumstances, payment-provider rules, and applicable law. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where supported; processing time depends on the provider and financial institution. Nothing here limits statutory rights.

Recurring contributions

If a recurring contribution option is available and selected, it continues at the frequency disclosed at checkout until canceled. Use the management option provided with the contribution or contact our team to request cancellation of future charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier contributions.

Responsible use

Do not use this website or its payment facilities for unlawful activity, misrepresentation, money laundering, or support of prohibited recipients or activities. Contributions may be declined, paused, or returned where required by law or provider rules.
