Purpose
This policy sets expectations for contributions and humanitarian activities. Funds must support legitimate charitable purposes and comply with applicable laws, sanctions, and payment-provider requirements.
Prohibited activity
Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, and support of prohibited recipients or activities are not permitted. Al Bayan Charity does not support political organizations or political campaigns.
Contributions and verification
Contributors must provide accurate information and use payment methods they are authorized to use. Additional information may be requested when necessary to resolve a concern or meet a legal or provider requirement. A contribution may be declined, paused, or returned if it cannot be accepted lawfully.
Partners and delivery
Proposed activities, recipients, and partners must be evaluated for lawful humanitarian purposes before funds are committed. Activities must not proceed where applicable restrictions, unsafe conditions, or unresolved concerns prevent responsible delivery.
Concerns and records
Relevant records should be retained as required by law. Suspected misuse should be raised with the team and, where required, the appropriate service provider or authority. This policy does not imply certification, regulatory approval, or approval by a payment provider.
Report a concern
Email info@albayancharity.com with a concise description. Do not send full payment-card details or unnecessary personal information.
